How does your space drive productivity, collaboration and connectivity?

The rapid growth of our company exacerbated the space issues already present in our previous location. We no longer had a space where our entire company could comfortably meet. And with our growth, came an increased number of client visits without adequate facilities to host meetings.

Our new office covers one and a half floors allowing our entire staff to be on the fifth floor and utilizing our half of the fourth floor as a client experience area and training space.

We now have 6 conference room areas in our work space compared to four in our old building. In just the short time we have been in our new office, the increased space for team and project meetings has proven to be a huge help.

We will host our first client meetings in late June and look forward to showing off our new client experience area complete with kitchen, day offices for our visitors and state of the art conference rooms.

What is the one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

Our new office has clean, modern lines with unique finishes in an engaging color palette.

How does your space tell your company’s story and reflect its brand?

We actually re-branded our company in conjunction with the move. As we created a more modern space to meet the growing needs of our company it seemed fitting to usher in a name that signaled a new era and embraced our changing corporate landscape at the same time.

How does your space engage your employee base?

Every employee in our office now has access to sunlight from their work space. In our previous space, very few employees had windows in their offices especially the team members in workstations in the center of the building. The natural light and fresh surroundings definitely help with creativity and morale for the entire team!
