How does your space drive productivity, collaboration and connectivity?

The Relevance workplace is an open design which all employees — even executives — sit together at long tables. This design allows for easy and open collaboration among the staff, which of course helps productivity: We’re "in this" together, and every day we work together, inspiring and challenging each other to do better and be better.
The office itself has a clear divide and plenty of square footage between desk space and meeting space, so noise level is never an issue. This division allows just enough space for individuals to complete their independent work, and for groups to meet without fear of interrupting the majority.

What is the one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

The floor-to-ceiling windows facing north and west, giving a nice view of downtown. The natural light is such a welcomed difference from most dark, secluded workspaces. The open floor plan of the office is also something to be admired immediately – it’s a creative, colorful space with a really good vibration.

How does your space tell your company’s story and reflect its brand?

The exposed industrial elements, reclaimed wood, open design, and clean lines evoke a contemporary aesthetic that shows this is a company in step with modernity – it’s clean, crisp and even has a “rustic-chic” sophistication, important attributes for a forward-thinking digital marketing agency.

How does your space engage your employee base?

It’s a cool place to come to work every day. With an open environment and large windows, you don’t feel chained to your work; we’re within close walking distance of iconic downtown spots – City Market, the Circle — and several eclectic restaurants/bars, so you feel connected to the city, too.

There is a designated space for several opportunities for a mental break. We work hard, but management understands that throughout the day, the brain must rest in order to produce high quality work. There’s space to sit in comfortable, plush seating near the TV, a separate space for ping pong games, an open and accessible kitchen space for snack and coffee breaks, etc. It’s an environment that feels inviting for us to utilize and enjoy as employees.
