How does your space drive productivity, collaboration and connectivity?

The newly designed space allows collaboration among employees and fosters team work in open areas.

What is the one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

Our space was designed to enhance collaboration and productivity, to make communication and workflow seamless. The open concept and close workspaces make it easy to connect with coworkers and managers, and having those workspaces organized around the different Netfor teams allows for team members to more easily work together, communicate with one another and keep up to date on important company information along with any changes in procedures or technology. Technical and customer support areas are separated, but they maintain a close proximity. This makes connecting and collaborating with coworkers and managers simpler. Team members are consistently able to help each other out, driving the team mentality that is essential to the Netfor culture. Everything is functional, practical and useful, allowing an agent to be productive while still giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in well-placed social spaces. It’s a clean, comfortable and inviting environment — fantastic for driving workplace motivation.

 

How does your space tell your company’s story and reflect its brand?

The atmosphere. Our space is open and modern, with clean and beautiful workspaces and social areas. There is an amazing amount of natural light that makes our space feel warm and welcoming to clients and customers. You get a sense of what Netfor stands for when you see our word wall filled with words like: team, visionary, customer service, knowledge, partnership, technical support, consistency, trusted, dedicated and passionate. The word wall is a stand-out part of our space that tells the story of Netfor and our mission to provide a
world-class customer experience to each and every one of our clients. You can’t help but walk through our office space and get a sense that team members really enjoy the atmosphere and want to be here.

How does your space engage your employee base?

Netfor branding is weaved in throughout our space, from the word wall to the vibrant orange and gold colors used to accent doors and walls. The company name is front and center on the inside wall when you walk into the space, and the carpet complements the fresh color on the walls. Each team member has a sign on their workspace that says “Netlander Since …,” with the year they started to work for Netfor —always great conversation pieces for clients and customers as they walk through the space. Everyone’s unique workspace decoration really speaks to the company culture, and the couches and social spaces speak to the Netfor “work hard, play hard” teamwork attitude.
