How does your space drive productivity, collaboration and connectivity?

Our welcoming reception area, multiple collaborative meeting spaces, unique design, and dedicated private offices, allow maximum flexibility with our staff, advisors, and clients, when determining the most effective way to communicate. Our space allows us to work individually, in small, ad-hoc groups, or formally in fully equipt conference rooms; whichever environment meets current needs in the best way possible.

What is the one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

Our statement piece has got to be our free-standing island, with the unique pendant lights! 100% of the people that visit our space for the first time comment on the warm, inviting vibe that the entryway projects; and the island/collaborative area is a “wow” factor.

How does your space tell your company’s story and reflect its brand?

It truly reflects who we are; we worked extremely hard in the planning process to project to our designers and tenant broker team what we wanted to be – and how we wanted to be perceived. They hit it out of the park! Our open concept, exposed ceilings, and muted/classic color scheme, combine to say that we are classic – without being stuffy; current – without being overly trendy; and creative – bringing a style to an industry that is typically not considered as ‘trend setting’.

How does your space engage your employee base?

Ever since we moved in, our team has exuded positivity, they are proud of their space, and they are able to work in a professional and comfortable environment. We were all amazed at how much the change in space really impacted our demeanor and attitudes! We knew it was going to be vastly different from our previous office and we also knew that everything would be new and shiny. I don’t think we realized just how much the new space would make us proud and eager to show it (and ourselves) to people outside of our team! We are now proactively creating opportunities to have people visit our office and engage with our team!
