How does your space drive productivity, collaboration and connectivity?

Our goal with the space was to cater to the diverse needs of our staff, and to accommodate varying work styles. We offer a number of different types of work spaces, from stand-up desks, large collaborative desks, pods of traditional cubicle desks, and an open concept u-shaped room. We do not assign seating to further promote cross-team collaboration. 

We took that same approach with our meeting spaces, with stand-up or seated options, a meeting room with a couch for a more inviting and relaxed feel. 

What is the one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

Our photography! We used images captured by our managing director throughout our space, and naming conventions of our rooms reflect images and memorabilia captured by each geographic location.

How does your space tell your company’s story and reflect its brand?

For us, putting the customers first isn’t a strategy, it’s a culture! We wanted our office space to reflect this mentality, so we went about creating an inviting atmosphere, with total immersion around both our clients and staff. We display graphics that clearly communicate our company, mission, value and goals. 

As far as branding, we showcase our signature logo several places throughout, including a large logo in our breakroom, and another etched glass logo in our reception area. We also display digital signage in meeting rooms throughout our space. Rooms also have an accent wall with one of our brand colors. 

How does your space engage your employee base?

We also promote a mobile work environment – our brand is centered on the tagline of going mobile, and getting back to business. We promote a paperless environment, and rely heavily on technology. We do not use traditional phones, which along with our varied workspaces, allow our employees to move about as needed. Our employees are not burdened with stacks of paper, which results in an aesthetic that is clean and clutter-free. Staff are unencumbered to move rooms as their projects and teams change. 

We also incorporate cutting-edge technology very heavily throughout our offices. All of these measures seem to result in a work force that is highly connected, supported, and engaged.
