Open lounge areas are adaptable for work and play, with comfortable seating, mobile laptop tables, and entertainment for quick breaks or to connect with guests and staff.
What is the one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?
Natural daylight floods the space from all sides, controlled by electronic window shades for flexibility. Team members occupy adjustable sit-to-stand workstations, providing comfort and supporting quick collaborations within a light and energetic work space.
How does your space tell your company’s story and reflect its brand?
JLL's new thoughtfully-designed space encourages other potential Indy residents to be thoughtful about their own offices, inspiring them to be innovative and engaging, further improving the quality of life and continuing economic growth in the city of Indianapolis. Within the space, we see pops of JLL's bright red brand mark, intermixed with subtle, yet impactful Indianapolis imagery; showcasing the city that JLL loves and serves.
